Spoke to someone on the phone and they were very dismissive and rude. Just felt a bit arrogant and overconfident, so I didn't go ahead with their services.

Richard and the brand relations team have been pivotal in the set up of my brand; EauGlo. They have effectively supported the branding, production timelines, website design and social media marketing. This was all new territory to me, but Brand Relations have been great in supporting my project in trying to make it a success with all their expertise. Richard has always said his door is open to me and been honest about whether certain ideas will work or not especially with his experience in the food and drinks industry. I do believe they have captured my vision well and I hope once it is officially launched that all the above pays dividends to the brands success.

Richard Horwell, the director, decided not to pay for my work and the matter had to be resolved in court. The judge awarded me the full amount and all costs, so I wasnt out of pocket. Richard Horwell misses important information and he is quick to anger when things dont go his way. Do not consider using this company their work ethics are abysmal. Read up more at Glassdoor and Trustpilot. Brand Relations are the epitome of unprofessional. Richard Horwell gets his 1 star yet again.

The best team and company in the world. The work is top of the range and exceptional work from branding, supporting with production, pointing in the right direction with compliance with HMRC, supply chain, website, marketing etc the services of Brand Relations are endless. lol: -) They held my hand from the start of the project and still support me since we have stopped working together. I am extremely happy and grateful that I met such an amazing company and team. Thank you all for all the support and excellent product Punch M Caribbean Rum Punch. Brand Relations understood my vision and ran with it like it was their own 'baby'. Thank you Richard and team. Punch M is now on the market and progressing well.
