Cookie dough was undercooked and completely drenched in chocolate sauce. This branch is being operated by a bunch of amateurs. Avoid at all costs.

My Daughter order from Hammersmith Branch Creams but delivery men did not speak English @ all. Waiting for delivery after all most 1 hour from time of delivery my self and my Daughter we went on Fulham Palace Road and looking for delivery men. And we found him by the Charing Cross Hospital so the staff my Daughter ordered was all melted. I wouldn't recommend to anyone! I asked him do you speak English he said no only ARABIC!! Loss of money shame of the owner & management keeping staff that they don't speak a word of English!? Not 1 - 0 stars money refund or new delivery of what my Daughter ordered !!

My Daughter order from Hammersmith Branch Creams but delivery men did not speak English @ all.
