The reception staff are not overly friendly, and the kitchens don't have any pots/pans/utensils but they do have microwave & kettle.
Great location, right next to Hammersmith underground which is on 4 or 5 different lines. Nice quiet area.

Very dirty bathrooms and kitchens, clean, warm and comfortable rooms. Very well connected to the center.
