I bought an umbrella worth 10 on Friday 10 March. The holding stick broke on Saturday 11 March, right in the middle! I went back to the shop to ask for a refund with the broken umbrella in hand only to hear that it must have been windy. Not a word of sympathy, regret, let alone apology. Then I was told that without a receipt no refund was possible. That was it. I was very disappointed and will never buy anything from this chain of shops. This is the safe way to lose customers!

It is HEARTBREAKING that cards + gift stores are shutting down every where. My favourite Hallmark card shop in Queensway closed! Not everyone appreciates a text for their Birthday! A CARD IS VERY PERSONAL TO AND FROM THE SENDER! BRING BACK CARD SHOPS
