        After only 4 or 5 transactions I can report that the service from this company has got steadily worse. I have asked my account manager to contact me on many occasions and he has not. Two weeks ago I sent a sum to be changed into Euros this has still not been done, and despite repeated requests for some kind of assistance or explanation - I have heard nothing, there is no sign of a transfer and no one gets back to me. Not good enough
