There is no way of talking to a human being. They take your council tax and give nothing. If you can't speak English and/or have and are able to use a computer your stuck. They say you will be put through to speak to someone but instead are given extension buttons to press. Eventually you will end up where you started. Shameful scam artists.

Extremely neglectful. I felt very degraded and discriminated against. I was spoken down to and made to feel like a beggar. I also feel like my ethnicity had something to do with it.
