One star because I have to in order to add a review. Two days before we checked in, they moved our hotel due to overbooking (in this day and age). It caused huge stress and our new hotel, though good, could not give three matching rooms or put them next to each other and we had paid for that! I have complained to the HO (UK) - three weeks ago - signed for letter. THEY HAVE YET TO REPLY. Clearly, they do not value their customers.
