Absolutely disgusting toilet - always! This is not a one off, I go regularly to this station as the M&S food is convenient on the way out of London. If you complain the staff tell you it is nothing to do with them. This time there was what appeared to be urine all over the floor leaking out of the back of the toilet. These toilets are never properly cleaned, you can clearly see the ingrained dirt everywhere. M&S should be ashamed of this as should BP. Get a manager down there unannounced and see what it is really like. Plus they seem to keep the gents permanently "out of order"
