Arrogant lady at counter overcharges me, when challenged snaps the receipt at me. What she overlooks is that she added an extra smoothie shot to the bill that I never ordered. The owner tries to salvage the situation and refunds the money to a card that does not belong to me. Insists its my card, despite the number not matching my card. I still dont have the refund in my account. Their incompetence-meets-arrogance attitude has permanently soured this cafes image for me. I used to be a regular but wont anymore. Edit: in response to the cafes reply. I did not abuse or bs your staff rather was extremely polite throughout the exchange. Your are lying and Your reply just proved my review.

We were looking for a place to get our first coffee of the day before tackling IKEA. Alma didnt disappoint. The coffee is delicious. Theres a small selection of pastries, we tried the blueberry muffin and cinnamon roll which were excellent. They were also serving aai bowls and smoked salmon bagels which we didnt try. Its a small-ish shop but theres a decent number of counter seats looking out the huge windows. There is upbeat music playing and the vibe is very relaxed. Staff were quick and courteous.
