A company that likes to hire a large number of employees to look like they have been employing several members of the public but in actual fact they only hold them on a temporary contract to increase the employment numbers very devious company . With all the legal issues that they are having at the moment I would be surprised if they're still operating.

This company do not work with Equality Laws. I am a disabled student who has had storage with them for some years. I dealt with the M.D and when I told him he did not understand that he had to make reasonable adjustments for me under The Equality Act, 2010, he wrote me several ridiculous emails. Their Legal Department won't even answer whom to serve with a county court claim form to get my stotage returned! I will have to go to the High Court now....DK

The unpacking crew were not helpful, gave me attitude for having a lot of items, and didn't do inventory with me. When I subsequently discovered some items were missing, Santa Fe refused to take responsibility and said that I had agreed that all items were delivered. Crew also refused to do an unpacking initially as they'd missed the tools required...and had suggested that they do it 5 business days after... luckily it was sorted out in the end but it was just shocking.

AVOID. Chasing this company for information once they have your payment is a full time job. We are due a rather large refund due to using less container space. I was told we would be refunded once our belongings arrived. They arrived in the UK in July but were kept in storage. After some more chasing and waiting for a response I was finally told that I would get the refund when they are delivered to my house. Almost 3.5 weeks later, Im still chasing with no answers of when Ill get my money back. The accounts department are ignoring me completely. Our belongings shipped from LA to London in one piece but dealing with this company has been an awful experience. Id highly recommend looking elsewhere for a shipping company. Like others have said they outsource anyway they dont have their own removals.

AVOID this company at all costs!! They make promises they dont keep, they were very disorganised with my move from Berlin to Melbourne and they refused to refund me the cost of my shipping when it turned out to be less then what they quoted!! They literally acknowledged that my shipment was less than quoted and then they ignored my requests for a refund!! This company is dishonest and they will rip you off!! They use other moving companies and then charge you on top of those costs. Youre better off going to other shipping companys because Santa Fe will use them anyway. They dont have their own transport. Rachele and Anita were the representatives I dealt with a s they were both unprofessional and unhelpful. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!!
