GP prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of choice. Pharmacies would prepare the items in turn and text the patient to collect. NOT @ this pharmacy; I still have to go in person and wait for the order to be prepared. Their policy 'ready in 48 hrs' is not fit for purpose. Trying to phone to track progress is a great challenge; no one answers the phone!
