        The staff genuinely do not care about costumers. They will laugh at you when you ask questions. One of the worst branches I have ever been too. The staff stink too

        Went to Barclays Hammersmith and needed someone to help me change some old paper money.I was told It is only until 2 pm, after that there is no staff. 3 other banks around had staff. I guess the ceo is trying to save as much money possible , to guarantee his bonuses. Im giving 2 stars overall because online banking is very good good.(4* + 1* )/ 2 = 2,5 stars **,

        Waited for 1 hour and left. Staff kept promising I would go in the next 5 minutes, it never happened. I suggested they should provide an aprox estimation of waiting time to manage customer expectations, but they were defensive and didn't really try to listen. Don't go there unless you want to waste your day
