        My Niece has purchased extensions for my Daughter from this company. The extensions went very curly as soon as my Daughter washed her hair. She has straight hair and they looked ridiculous and clearly she didnt want to straighten her hair every time she washed it. My niece then sent a nice polite message for the company to change them or refund. The company have been extremely unprofessional and would not help in anyway. They have sent rude messages and now blocked my niece. We are contacting trading standards and taking action. Please avoid this business at all costs.
