I have been critical in the past about difficulties in sometimes getting an appointment at this practice but just recently I had cause to phone up, very late in the afternoon, with symptoms which were concerning. The receptionist was absolutely first class; professional, friendly and very reassuring. She facilitated an immediate GP call back and a face-to-face appointment within 15 minutes (even though the surgery was about to close). Further hospital tests were scheduled for either that very same evening or following day. I even left the surgery with a prescription despite the fact that the surgery and pharmacy should probably have closed by this point. At the hospital it took no more than 15 minutes for tests and the Dr who saw me forwarded the results when he received them. Thank you to all concerned for what can only be described as outstanding service and care.

Mess you about. I phoned for an urgent prescription was told to collected that afternoon unfortunately I couldn't get there before they shut so went in the morning only to be told it wasn't there. When I have a message in black and white asking to collected it that afternoon. Basically just given my prescription to someone else and lied about it. So now I'm without which isn't great. To top it off the app has totally stopped working since the new update and I only get a break at 1pm after the dispensery line is shut which means I get told off when I phone to ask for a prescription.

Not impressed, turned up for my flu vaccine appointment (I'm eligible as over 60) and told that I can't have vaccine as this clinic is only for 65's and over, although the NHS website was happy to take my appointment.

Appalling service from the administration and the practice manager. Arrogant. Rude. Unhelpful. When health is their job they do not show empathy to the patient. I have had repeated problems at this surgery. The Gps are pleasant and been happy with them. But the receptionists are just awful. It takes forever to get a telephone appointment let alone a face to face! I have to wait 2 weeks for a tel appt which is ridiculous. I do not recommend this surgery at all.

I have used this surgery for over 10 years and they have been consistently good. I think all the doctors are women at the moment but as a man there is no awkwardness on any issue. All the team try hard although some of the reception staff are a bit frosty.
