        Great place to escape to for a workout. Angie and Mark are very relaxed and welcoming. There are two gyms to choose from, Metaphysical and Bestlife, each offering something different. Metaphysical is in the grounds of Henley Management College and overlooks the Thames which is a lovely view to look out over if you are on the tread Mill. There is a good selection of resistance machines and a studio for classes. It has never felt busy in the 2 years I've been going there.

        Angie's metaphysical is a great little gym with a nice view of the river while on the treadmills! A good range of equipment even though some of it is a little old. However Callum's gym across the road has lots of new strength training equipment.
