Ventus Sailing

Had a brilliant 5 days completing my day skipper course. The course is well worth the cost, the yacht is beautiful and speaks for itself, but the real value is with Bob and Tanya, vast experience, calm, patient and good fun! Cant wait to sail again.

WOW! a really wonderful day sailing with Tanya and her 1st Mate John, a fantastic celebration of my 80th birthday. Everything was organised and delivered in the most professional of ways together with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was offered the opportunity to join in or just enjoy the experience of a day trip under sail. Should we be able to take the opportunity to sail with you again we would not hesitate to do so. Many thanks skipper Tanya, have a wonderful time in Australia and a great sailing trip to the Caribbean, and of course for making our trip so memorable... Annabelle & Russ

A great boat with, in Tanya and Bob, 2 excellent skippers. Sailed during the summer of 2021, including the Fastnet, when all the problems thrown up by Covid were met, and successfully managed, in good grace. Regardless of experience or ability, all were welcomed, melded into a crew, and encouraged to partake in all aspects of the trips.. no solely sitting on the rails for the less experienced. Both Bob and Tanya are experience, patient instructors who will encourage, teach and bring out the best in you. Have absolutely no reservation in recommending the Ventus Team whether for training, offshore sailing, racing or a pleasant passage along the coast. A large, comfortable yacht that manages to serve up good spirit, and good food, regardless of conditions.
