We were sailing in Panama when we has a transmission problem.we tried to find the repair parts in Panama, US and the Caribbean. Ancasta were the only company to have the parts, and get them sent out to us. they really went the extra mile as communication was very difficult whilst sailing.. And so, as a second chapter of boat ownership comes to an end, I should like to express my sincere gratitude to Ancasta and especially its commissioning and after sales team for there support and work during our ownership of two boats purchased through the dealership. All warranty work has been completed to a very high standard and both technical and logistical support has always been readily available when we have been away from our home berth. Despite spending a healthy six figure sum and them having some very able people (Adam for woodwork is excellent) the standards have been low. My engine was installed and 27 days later the electrics aren't working correctly. Main issues have been overcharging for small jobs like 784 for painting the alternator bracket that they had done new 18 months previously and missing deadlines. I wouldn't recommend and I know that they had a very big problem on a previous installation. It is now 8 weeks since the engine installation and the independent engineer says that the alternator belts were between 8 and 10 degrees out of alignment. This caused the belts to shred after 8 hours of running. I am worried about other aspects of this work. Services: Winterization, Accessory & electronic installations, Battery inspection/service, Engine repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, General installation, Water pump service
