        Sadly within 2 months of taking out our warranty we had a problem with our main battery charger packing up. I raised the claim late on a Friday night and by early the following Friday the replacement was agreed and repairer authorised. Easy. Efficient and if any other claims are handled this quickly then there is nothing to fault.

        Absolutely dreadful experience with this company! They state on their website - "We offer a no quibble, hassle free approach to claims management and we dont hide behind any small print" - my claims experience with this organisation has been anything from hassle free and is anything other than advertised on their website. This statement could not be further from the truth. Avoid this company. Your response is delusive. You have already received an expert engineers report stating with this particular claim and the part involved , a visual inspection would not tell you anything other than it was broken or not. There would be no way of telling how the componant had failed or what caused it. - yet you have chosen to ignore it. There is little point in offering an additional two months warranty since it is valueless! Please refund my unused premium. The total of which was over 4000.00. I look forward to your open response.
