Ordered an item money taken straight away but no refund. I go to a different website and order the item only to find out it is the same company and I now have the same issue. Try and avoid using this or it's affiliates. Just a shame I can not give lower than one star.

Placed a large order. Rung to confirm this order. My order of 200 items NOT available although website stock level indicated otherwise. Was told there wasn't a date that these items would be back in stock. Asked them to refund my PayPal, this as yet HAS NOT happened. It only takes 2 seconds to click refund. Business Lessons. 1. REFUND THE CUSTOMER BACK QUICKLY. 2. DON'T SELL WHAT YOU DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK.

Avoid using this company, They are extremely hard to get in touch with on the phone, I ordered 2 items and paid for express delivery, I waited 2 days and there was no sign of my order. I eventually got through on the phone after loads of attempts only to be told that they had forgot to send my order. I have asked for a full refund and taken my business elsewhere.
