I am only posting this review as I was searching to contact Nipro and spotted the one very disappointing review listed for them; it is most unfortunate the other reviewer has had such a bad experience, but I felt I wanted to let people know how different my experience has been... I was diagnosed diabetic and issued a Nipro 4Sure Smart Duo blood glucose monitor last September in one NHS area, but I live in a different NHS area, where I returned following an emergency operation....turns out, my home county authority usually issue a different monitor. When I attempted to get my test strip prescription filled, none of the local chemists could provide them....they kept telling me their suppliers could not obtain any, with the usual Covid 19 excuse for lack of supplies. My surgery even had to give me a 2nd monitor as I could not obtain the test strips. However, I needed the Duo as I regularly had to test for ketones. Later in the week it occurred to me to contact Nipro to try to get to the bottom of why there was such a problem obtaining test strips.. I called up on the phone, and a lovely lady checked their stocks and was perplexed as to why I was being told the strips were unavailable when they had plenty in their wharehouse! She then sent me an emergency supply to my home address, with ZERO charge to tide me over, and said she would contact the company that supplies the chemist and rectify the supply issue. Since that day, I have never had difficulty getting my prescriptions filled. I certainly feel my readings are accurate in comparison with my HbA1c blood test results. I just called up to request a replacement self test log book and it took 2 minutes and the lady said it will be posted to me today .... I am very happy with both the products and the customer service I have received from Nipro to date!

Was given a 4Sure Smart Duo by a Diabetic Specialist Nurse, and after several attempts of trying to obtain a free code to download the app, I received an email 3 days later? Then you still do not send a link to down load any app. The test meter gives different Mmol readings Accu Check, which is dangerous. The product is dangerous because of the inaccurate readings. So rather than risk incorrect readings the 4Sure Smart Duo is now on its way to the landfill site.
