Do not deal with this company. Our unit was under warranty and stopped working within 2 years of installation. We contacted them to find that the warranty covers parts only and would cost us 200 pounds for someone to come out. We eventually agreed to pay this and someone came out but said he would need a second person to come out due to the way the unit was installed. They told us this would cost 700 pounds!! We obviously refused and asked them to send us the part and refund us the 200 pounds. They refused. We are now looking into the small claims court. What a nightmare. Avoid.
