        My puppy and I had a wonderful experience at Richmond Rascals today! They were so helpful on the phone and agreed to see me for an in person consultation at short notice, before grooming my young havanese. They were beyond helpful; advising me not to clip his fur which made me feel that they really cared about my dog, not about the money! Very rare these days. My dog was really relaxed in their presence and enjoyed a quick tidy up, they did a wonderful job and gave good advice on how to groom him in the future. We are looking forward to our next visit!

        Lovely folks and a lovely pet store. They do grooming as well. Always helpful. No card machine mind, bank transfer or cash only.
