Rufus and Konrad made fantastic job of our small bathroom turned into shower room last month in Twickenham. The suggestions we were given for material, fittings and design were great. They are very skilled, professional,experianced and pleasent. Very tidy at the end of each day, top quality work and all done in time. Highly recommended. We had one bathroom in a desperate state and two that needed a lift. Rufus came and listened, created an initial design, and incorporated our feedback. We were on another continent when most of the work took place; we received updates on the progress. On our return there was one problem with a sink - and Rufus' creative solution was a sink surround incorporating our tiles - a wonderful transformation. Forward a couple of years and the integration between the old and new drainage was playing up; so back he came to fix it in the most unobtrusive fashion possible. I appreciate the creativity, the friendliess, the straightforwardness - and standing behind his work for years afterward. I hope he works with us again.
