        Alex was an absolute star. I phoned to order my electric fire. She immediately contacted the supplier to source the exact model I wanted, came back to me within minutes and double checked all my requirements. Delivery to my door in a few days from ordering. She made absolutelyy sure I knew how to register the appliance and most importantly where to find the serial number! She is a brilliant asset to Flames of Richmond, so cheerful and bright. Just like my new fire !
