The Ballet Boutique, Ham Parade, Kingston

This branch is permanently closed, and has been for at least 2 weeks. After a wasted trip and phone call, staff said they "hadn't had time to update the website". 3rd poor experience of this business (4 years ago this branch was closed for refurb, website had no indication, my kids were in tears after cycling there (preschooler and 6 year old); then I ordered online, only for them to tell me they didn't have the item (needed for an exam) when I chased nonhdelivery. I had to chase for a refund too).

I went there today for pointe shoe fitting. The service I received was very professional. Jennifer (the lady who works in the shop) has 14 years of experience in pointe shoe fitting and knew exactly what kind of shoe(s) would best fit my feet. She knew all her different brands of shoes and what they may feel like on different feet. I was very pleased with the service I received from Jennifer today and I felt very looked after. A lovely little dance shop for all your dance needs. Thank you

After a not so successful pointe shoe fitting elsewhere, we visited the ballet boutique to purchase my daughter another pair of pointe shoes. The service and knowledge was amazing and the time was taken to ensure she had the best pair for her feet. Thank you so much.

We went to this amazing shop and the help and support for a fitting on ballet shoes was so good. Even pinned my ribbon onto correct postion. Would highly recommend this shop for all your dance needs
