B&M Carpets And Flooring

Came for a quote but never gave us a quote despite chasing! Another observation, they claim all their carpets are pretreated for cloth moths, but I could spot cloth moths flying around in the shop while I visited. Edit: As I don't have a way to respond to the response from the trade. So clearly your are off your tts to say what you said about parking etc. I never leave bad reviews unless I really have to let the community know. People can see that from my review history. Need I say more?

My wife arranged this company s service. Originally Billy was going to come and do the work but we wanted to get it done at an earlier date. Billy arranged another person called Garry. He came over with a colleague of his and installed the carpet. Next day we noticed that the staples are actually above the carpet and my son had his feet bleed. We called B&M and they sent a team over and they said this carpet type is too thin, they used a hammer to push those staples on the steps deeper into the carpet. Today I noticed there are more staples on the vertical surface of the steps which still hurt our feet. I fixed those myself. Overall I am not satisfied with their service.

Delivery drivers are rude, arrogant and not a clue how to park shop is located in an area where they receive there stock mid day and block every single person shopping from getting out
