      • I wish I could give a 0 star review because one of the worker has the audacity to approach my kids and say ni hao to them and proceed to take out his phone and taking a picture of my kid never experience such horrible customer service. We are local customer and has never happen to us before , the worker was outside when he approach my kids who is barely 3 with my teen daughter. This is disgusting behaviour it doesnt matter what race we are.That was unacceptable behaviour towards your customer .I hope you reconsider your employee and who you hire.

        Hi Today I came to the small BP Store in Ham to put air into my tyres! I was refused to pay by card for the 0.60 token for the air machine unless Ive spent 3! I had to drive with half flat tyre to another Station! But not BP! I find this very extraordinary that BP does not care about safety and it only cares about money! Thanks
