Service was atrocious, 45min wait for our food and still no drinks which were served 50mins after ordering, server brought over a dish and when asked which dish- she wasn't able to tell me. I asked her to go back and check. Another server brought over other dishes for friends of ours and slammed them onto the table- bad attitude, even serving other tables. Some of us were served with knives and forks and some without.

Food is average and expensive for what you get, no kids menu and service was adequate so all in all its about the location. We will not be returning.

A really cool Biergarten in Richmond. A stones throw from the Thames. Its all bench style seating so be prepared to share with another group. Its all part of the fun. A good selection of draft German beers with a few extra bottle versions. Currywurst and Bratten potatoes were particularl stars of the show. You might wait a bit as its busy but enjoy the moments there and if you want to speed it up you can order and it vi an app on the table. Really good food and the location is brilliant, especially on a sunny day/evening. Highly recommend!
