        The Devon Comms team installed our Starlink System. They were very good at giving me information to understand if it would work upfront. They installed the system quickly, cleaned up when done, tested it with my wife and I answering a number of questions. Very friendly and efficient.

        I enquired about the offer but when I was told this service requires mobile signal, I wasnt going to proceed: there is no mobile signal in our area. But enthusiastic gentleman at the other end of the landline proceeded to perform some checks and assured me that there *is* signal from 3 network. I was surprised but paid 50 for survey, having been assured it was well worth doing as 50 will be refunded if I then went ahead with installation. Surprise-surprise - there *is* no signal here, as we had known for 20 years. What technology is Devon Comms using to discover mobile coverage where there is none is a mystery. I complained and 50 was refunded. That was some consolation but I am sure others got caught out and out it down to experience.
