Chris Steven and his colleagues in the Haltwhistle shop have always delivered friendly, professional and timely services. When I broke my spectacles they did their utmost to obtain replacement frames as quickly as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending this local opticians practice.

We have recently received excellent service from Geoff Steven & Sons. They usually remind us when our eyes require testing and making an appointment is easy and courteously handled by the staff. The staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming. We have never had to wait longer than a week for replacement spectacles. Their Covid protection is up to the standards required. We recommend them without reservation
