Cracking place , Mark and the team offer excellent service a can do approach and were able to change my towbar and diagnose a fuse fault at very short notice. Excellent shop with most accessories stocked. Friendly , helpful and efficient at a good price. Helpfulness and customer orientated 5 stars

Absolutely first class service, cant recommend these lovely people highly enough! Fitted us in at very short notice because we had a problem with the motorhome whilst on holiday in the area. Nothing was too much trouble, and they soon found the issue, got it sorted, and had us on our way again. Excellent all round, thank you so much Mark & Josh

Distress call from my son, "Dad, I need help" Their caravan had suffered a catastrophe with a snapped off Alko Jockey Wheel Clamp handle. They found the part they needed in Haltwhistle Caravans Leisure Shop and after they spoke to the owner late in the evening, I arrived there first thing next morning to collect the part. Mark, the owner, was extremely helpful, knew the exact part I needed and gave advice on how to drill out the snapped off bolt and if we couldn't manage that to bring the caravan to his premises and he would sort it out.
