        Bought a large bouquet as a Wedding Anniversary gift for my wife. Absolutely fantastic and the customer service and delivery were perfect, thank you.

        Ordered flowers to be delivered for a friend, cant fault the delivery etc but asked for sun flowers and yellows specifically and was told that wouldnt be a problem only to find the exact opposite was given, I wouldnt usually complain but when I rang to ask if she had been given the wrong bunch and no sunflowers I was told we didnt have any. Not much I can do about it now but I would have rather a call to check if the alternative was suitable- I could have then ordered what I wanted from somewhere else. Little bit disappointed, no offer to resolve
