In the process of purchasing a House at Forest Heights. Unfortunately it has now been delayed by ober a month as Wrenman Homes, have been unable or unwilling to provide my sellers solicitors document called "FME", even after countless contacts been made, we are still nowhere near to getting our hands on it. It seems like they have no intention to deliver this document. Please Could this be rectified ASAP? Im aware they can't speak to me as I'm the purchaser not the seller. But unfortunately all previous communication have been ignored by seller and his solicitor. So I feel like I have no other means.

This company will do anything they can to get what they want. They have lied to the local residents and continue to manipulate the local council to get what they want. They have stopped communicating with residents and are refusing to address the snags inside the residents property. Avoid like the plague.

Me and my partner are residents of forest heights and have been for over a year. The initial dealings we had with wrenman homes was quiet pleasant all in all, from exchanging contracts to moving in. Though it shortly came to light that we had been completely mis sold our plot, along with many other residents of this estate. The one star is for the house which superficially is lovely to look at. Though being bare faced lied to, takes away the whole excitement for what could of been a beautiful thing. Wrenman homes, do not know the meaning of integrity and unfortunately they want one thing and one thing only which is your money & they are prepared to lie to your face in order to get that. When initially buying our home we queried the plots, which are now the new 9 plots that are now available. We were told they were already reserved 2, 4 bedroom houses. What ANOTHER lie that turned out to be. The plots are now available to see on the new plan, as 9 new dwellings, however I can tell you now that once again they are fooling people with the size of the garden. I can see the foundations outside my bedroom window and they are not what they are shown to be. We have not yet been contacted regarding our 12 month snag check which we are entitled too. Though I suspect they are avoiding us, along with the many other residents whom they fail to respond too. Anyone considering buying a plot here be sure to take note of everything which you are told. I strongly suspect there will be further reviews added over the next couple of days, in response to these - likely being friends/family members/colleagues of the Wrenman Homes company. Thats there MO! Avoid this company!

The houses look beautiful. That's what my one star is for. The customer service, and all the lies told are awful. Honestly, you'll have to do any snags yourself, check your water pipes (we regularly have no water), WiFi is awful, gardens are flooding, etc. Vanessa and Warren Cadman absolutely made buying our first home an awful and stressful time, where if we hadn't fallen in love with the house we would have pulled out.

We love our Wrenman Homes house, and feel very lucky to live here. Halton is a great village, extremely convenient for the M6 and Bay Gateway; not too big so as to feel too urbanised, but big enough to have a local store, doctors etc. The Wrenman estate has a special feel to it, being further through the village on a bit of a hill, and the views out around the estate are spectacular. We're only a couple of minutes walk from the river and surrounding fields. The location is ideal. The house itself has a modern feel to it, and all the fixtures and fittings are good quality (SeiMatic, Duravit). When we reserved, there were options to choose tiles and carpets, and upgrade/alter the kitchen, but the general house layout was set. The sales team were friendly and worked with us through the various stages of house build and decision making. We had a couple of things we specifically discussed with the site team such as driveway alterations, and they worked with us to make sure everything was sorted ready for handover day. We moved in in September 2020, and after sales support has been good, with all snags we identified on move in day being dealt with quickly. We have had a couple of issues with the house since handover, but cannot fault the response of the aftercare team at resolving them, they have all worked hard to keep us happy in our new home. All in all, very pleased with our house and the estate.
