This was a first for us in working with an architect and we were not sure what to expect. Simon listened carefully to all we said and, with added input from Rebecca, came up with suggestions which went beyond what we originally had in mind but were totally in keeping with our overall thinking. A suitably gentle approach, sympathetic to our requirements as we grow older but still offering fresh ideas. Thank you!

We recently downsized knowing that the new house presented spatial challenges , we asked Simon and Rebecca for some advice . we are what might be known in the trade as 'experienced and knowledgeable ' Clients . The Archihive proposal was amazing , very very good response to our brief and it will change the way we use our house , whilst the professional service is exemplary the personal service is an example that all should follow . would highly recommend

Archihive have designed a new kitchen extension for us and we are delighted with the plans they have produced. Simon and Rebecca are professional and friendly to work with and really took time to listen to us and answer our questions and concerns. They came up with innovative and practical ideas to maximise use of space which will transform that part of the house. Overall, Archihive went beyond our expectations both with the service we received and the design of the plans. We would definitely use them again.

Simon and Rebecca were recommended to us and something of a step up after a number of our neighbours have recently used 'plan drawers'. We decided on employing architects because we were looking for a little more flair and innovation than just sticking an oblong on the back of the house. This husband and wife team know their subject, which you might expect from two architects who teach the subject at Lancaster University. They are very reasonably priced, although they probably did cost a little more than the 'drawers'. In the light of the overall costs of such projects, we see it as money very well spent. They delivered everything we were looking for and more, with stuff our layman brains would never have even considered. Their smart, professional presentation sailed through the planning processes unchallenged and we're looking forward to seeing their ideas transformed into bricks and mortar over the next few months.
