        After a very rough time, Marquis was able to help me secure my own place, always there to help, and was so supportive and continue to be, I've rented through various agents prior but Marquis have been by far the best and would recommend to anyone, Jonathan has been a massive help through it all so thank you!

        We moved to Wiltshire and Let our property in Essex with full confidence for 25yrs with Marquis Estates they managed it with an efficient, professional, honest and friendly service. Maintenance problems were dealt with quickly using local businesses. We had no worries being so far away. After 25yrs we put our house on the market with Marquis Estates on 10th September 2020 and they found a buyer in 15days with completion 27th November 2020. They did their utmost to assist both us and the buyer. We would not hesitate to recommend Marquis Estates to anyone looking to Let or sell their house. A real 5* service. Mavis and Les Maulkerson.
