Smart Cats Grooming

First time using Smart Cats. Very friendly and confident service from Sadie. She noticed a wound under one of my cat's matts which I'd missed. Very grateful she found it and took him straight to the vets. Definitely recommend Sadie and Smart Cats.

Sadie was brilliant with my cat Mr Chips. He'd got matted and she was very patient taking alot of time with him. Couldn't recommend her enough.

I took my cat Dharma for her first trim at Smart Cats today. Sadie is such a lovely kind lady with lots of patience! Dharma can get quite nervous with new people and I wasn't sure how she would react but Sadie was so calm and professional and made us both feel at ease. I would highly recommend Smart Cats! Just took my cat Persie for a groom for the first time and had the most wonderful experience with Sadie. Persie is 14 and had got quite matted, he is a very docile cat, but Sadie was excellent with him and managed to get every single knot out of him. She is very friendly and welcoming and would highly recommend her services... thank you Sadie xx

I cant recommend them enough! I recently adopted a semi longhair cat (Delilah) who had a few matts that Id found and removed. So I booked her and her brother in for a grooming. Her brother decided he didnt want to be groomed so we spent the whole morning searching for him to no avail, and ended up leaving late (He was found hiding in a storage container under my parents bed after Id left) Sadie was very accommodating about my lateness, and helped me to get from the car as Delilah escaped her carrier She gave Delilah a good check over, and told me that there wasnt much to do, as her coat was in great condition. She then gave me some tips for if I found any matts again and areas theyd be more likely to turn up. She refused any payment, as she hadnt done anything, but she put my mind greatly at ease and gave me valuable time and information She was very professional and personable, and lovely with Delilah (whos a rather anxious cat, bless her).
