Your appointments system is in meltdown. Reception staff tell us they are sick of patients complaining when it isn't their fault. People in pain are desperately trying to phone for an appointment from 8.30 every morning. We are put on hold for half an hour and then told all the appointments have gone. Book on line? That's a sick joke too. Just tell us who to complain to. We've tried the Practice and nobody's listening.

My daughter needed to see a nurse got told go A & E. We are in the middle of a pandemic and instead of trying to help just off loads onto the NHS!! Same old attitude from this surgery! APPALLING.

Absolutely rude receptionists and extremely sarcastic towards your medical needs. You can't have one specific doctor unless you wanna be kept waiting for appointments for almost a year at a time. Causing unbearable stress having a different doctor each time as they all have different opinions each time you go in such a horrible experience every time u walk in and out

Absolutely terrible. 3 days in a row of calling at 8:30, sitting on hold for 20 minutes (with the most annoying music i might add) to finally be told there are no appointments!! Disgusted!
