Avoid by all means. First contact with Factory Lane Autos in Halstead I had in 2019 when I needed repair on my front bumper after collision. Courtesy car offered- cheap and not so cheerful but done the job. Anyway in 2022, paint on the bumper started to peel so we have reported that to Factory Lane Autos. They have agreed to give it another go moreover we have paid extra ( cash on hand ) to have the whole bumper repainted. The job took them over 2,5 weeks ( you would think they are repainting the whole car ) which was just enough time not only to repaint the whole bumper but also to make an impressive hole in drivers leather seat. I got back to the garage to show them the damage. There were two not very customer friendly men at the reception staring at me, one of them made an effort to come out and take the photos, while taking photos he was already trying to deny their fault. When my husband rang them to find out what is the resolution to the damage they have caused - they have said that the damage has been done by us not by them!!! Dont waste your time and money and possible extra damage to your car- Get service elsewhere! Service: Painting
