Wow what can I say? I wish there were more stars to give I have been seeing Claire for several years now and I often joke that I want to move into her treatment room, its a little sanctuary of calm and tranquility in a busy world She is one of the kindest, understanding and non judgemental people Ive met and whilst she has so many years of studying and qualifications under her belt she remains incredibly modest of her skills. Seeing her always feels like an emotional reset and I wish there were more Claires in the world

I went to Claire for a few things mentally and physically. Honestly her energy therapy is beyond expectations! She listened to everything I needed to say and after having a few sessions my body has cleared soooo much, my hormones are much better and internal problems have eased. Both for health and for mind I'm so glad I found her! Goodbye doctors!!!!!

Claire is amazing. She puts you at ease, the minute you speak to her on the phone prior to consultation. She spent time discussing my motives and what, exactly I hoped to get out of the session. I initially wanted to stop eating chocolate and sweets, I also wanted to extend my pallet as I am such a fussy eater. I have not touched sweet stuff except fruit since I visited, I also choose to drink water instead of squash that I always drank and have not touched Pepsi max, nor wanted it! I have been out to dinner, ordered food I would normally avoid and I tried the fish my husband had ordered and would willingly order it at future meals out! I would highly recommend this process to anyone who really wants to control their eating the wrong thing habits. Thank you Claire, you are my hero

Sweet-Tooth Breakthrough session review THE BEST DECISION REGARDING MY HEALTH EVER Nearly 11 weeks ago I had had enough of binge eating and uncontrollable cravings, for chocolate, cakes, biscuits sweets and sugar in general I had decided to see Claire at Your Soul Energy as I was desperate for help. I booked the appointment and felt a little apprehensive but shouldnt have worried. When I arrived and we started the session I was so at ease, she was absolutely wonderful, extremely kind and understanding Its now been 10 weeks and 5 days since my Sweet-Tooth Breakthrough session and I am totally amazed I have not wanted to eat ANY chocolate, cake, biscuits, sweets or even sugar!!!! Claire is WONDERFUL at what she does Even whilst stressed or just food shopping, the isles of sweet food that that used to haunt me no longer bother me and I can make much better decisions regarding my food choices and for my health. I feel so much better as well as loosing nearly 1 stone in weight I hardly snore and my headaches are few and far between. CLAIRE, I THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME FROM THE SUGAR BEAST!!

When I first began seeing Claire I had no idea what to expect as I had never experienced energy healing before. I was not in a great place physically or emotionally, and I just felt open to the idea of trying something different. Claire was very welcoming from the first moment we met she has a lovely warmth about her, which meant I felt able to relax a little and show some vulnerability even in that first session. Claire took time in her assessment of my needs which I really appreciated. I didnt feel rushed to tell my story. The energy healing itself is lovely .. I lie there and Claire appears to work some magic! When I first met with Claire I was suffering with a frozen shoulder which had no physical explanation and which medical treatment had not been able to fix. Within just a few months I had no pain and full movement it was remarkable! Whilst this change was clearly beneficial to me; it is actually the emotional shift in me that has been the most powerful part of seeing Claire. Through my sessions with Claire I have increased my self-confidence, I have developed stronger boundaries and lost some of my people pleasing tendencies, and overall I have become much much clearer on the person I want to be and the life I want to lead. This has led me to confidently take steps into new ventures and welcome new opportunities. Seeing Claire for energy healing has honestly been life changing for me and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.
