Ive had regular massage treatments with Teresa for over a year now - I recommend her highly! Ive got recurring issues with my back, which these sessions keep at bay very effectively - if I ever have to skip treatments, the problems soon return. Not sure what I would do without her now! Teresa is so professional, and really knows her craft - she is clearly passionate about her work in a very inspiring way. Thanks Teresa!

I recently had a Zone Face Lift with Teresa. Having not had this treatment before I didnt know what to expect. I have to say it was one of the nicest face treatments Ive ever had. The treatment incorporated facial reflexology which was very relaxing and then she used both hot towels and a cool roller to tone the facial muscles. Lots of lymph draining techniques help to clear the complexion and the overall result was that my face looked lifted and my skin was glowing. The good news is the results lasted for days. Ive booked another treatment with her already.

Teresa is a fantastic therapist. She has a wealth of knowledge, understanding and experience about how her therapies can help with different illnesses and conditions. I always feel very calm and relaxed for days after a massage or reflexology and any problems or niggles I may have, have either gone or are significantly improved. I highly recommend Teresa as a therapist.

I have had monthly reflexology with this lady for a couple of years now. I can honestly say that I always feel completely at ease and rejuvenated for quite some time after each treatment. It has been a complete game changer. Can't recommend highly enough.
