Don't query anything with the Halsted Depo regarding your gas bottles Some jumped up CHAV Pram Face, receptionist shouting down the phone at me. Totally unprofessional and totally forgot who the customer is! Shocking Behaviour from your staff and were still waiting for a replacement Gas Bottle from May and its now JULY !!!! totally Delusional Customer Service, Basically Non Existent!

Manager is rude/very angry I have never been spoken to so unpleasant and rudely abrupt before I was shocked how unprofessional this so called manager could. To a point that she stopped her staff being helpful to an existing customer even they was embarrassed for her how she was acting. How flo gas can appoint a manager who has no people skills and comes across passive aggressive and even rude to her own drivers and customers to represent flo gas.. I came away very upset and wondering why!!!!

Awful company ordered gas well over a week ago had a text advising it should arrive yesterday waited in all day and nothing arrived called the office to ask when it would be delver they advised it would 100% be delivered tomorrow called to confirm this and they pushed it back another week! Took an hour for them to give me a refund which will take another week! Avoid at all costs! Would give 0 stars if it was possible

Told by Flogas to collect, arrive and they don't allow collections, can't deliver for over a week. Need gas for vulnerable person. Flogas really can't be bothered. When this pandemic is over, remember who helped the elderly and who didn't car. Calor are arranging a delivery immediately. They are mopping up flogas customers.
