        I ordered an item on 4th March after ESO were highly recommended. The item arrived today. Whilst I was informed that the original item had been posted and then possibly was lost this.still.took.way.longer than it should have done. I appreciate that this is a small business and my.order is tiny in comparison to others but this was not a pleasant.online shopping experience and i would not recommend to.someone, like me looking for a.small personalised gift. I continually.had to chase for communication and feel that I should have received my replacement item.a. Lot quicker. Service: Digital printing
