Kevin of KRT built a decking area in the back garden of my house. He was polite and courteous from the outset and gave a competitive price for the works. He completed the job quickly and worked tirelessly to get it finished within 3 days. I love my new decking, especially the LED lighting mounted inside the decking. After rearranging the first appointment due to van MOT (which was fair enough), I was let down a second time 10 minutes before he was due to arrive, having organised my working day around this arrangement. He then told me he could come later that night, but I was sadly ignored when I agreed to this. Instinct told me to cut my losses and I went with someone else.

Was contacted on the morning of the proposed job by Kev to say he was unable to attend due to a Covid case in his family and would contact me with a new date. Sadly despite frequent chasing he failed to respond. Still havent heard from him 1 month after the original date of the job! Went with someone else in the end. If you dont want to do the job just be polite enough to say so rather than string people along.

I have just moved into a new home that needed a lot of updating as the electrics had not been touched since 1960s. I was introduced to KRT as he carried out a fully electrical survey for the buyers of my old house. He gave us a very detailed breakdown in his quote and also when he came to inspect our home he gave us several options to work for our family. I cannot recommend Kev enough. We have lots more work for the future and KRT is the electrician that we can trust. Little touches like putting up my little girls lamp shade and notice board gives a thumbs up from an 8 year old also.5 stars from us all. Thank you so much KRT.
