If it were possible to give zero stars then I would. I'm dealing with this surgery as it's the one my dad is with and he's elderly with a number of health issues. Admin have been lovely and helpful but the clinical side of things is woeful. Impossible to get an appointment it would seem and no decent online system. I'm with a surgery in Braintree that's deemed awful but it's gold star compared to Elizabeth Courtauld!

I have gone to get meds for anxiety from Boots to be told nothing sent from surgery. You phone surgery and are told not to bother them with prescription issues, saying it is something they have passed over to pharmacy. The pharmacist can't see anything on their system. Where do you go for care/support? I had a panic attack induced by no meds. Thankfully NHS 111 gave me a contact in Sudbury. Thankfully the Lloyds (Sainsbury) are wonderful and compassionate, understood my plight at being dropped without medication. I could not be more grateful to them. Subsequently Courthauld messaged suggests they contacted me I have received no messages! I am at a loss to who is my link to meds that I rely on?
