        Terrible customer service, failed to contact me for treatment for over 3 years but carried on taking monthly direct debit, i assumed they had a back log because of the pandemic but would give me credit on future dental work, seems not the case, smug practice manager told me all my fault and couldn't be responsible for their system not contacting me, and all the payments gone , personally i feel ripped off.
