Like most chains in hlatead, you get the bare bones version of the shop. Sometimes the queue is horrendous as most people seem to use it as a pharmacy to collect prescriptions rather than buy stuff off the shelf. This means most of the staff are occupied dealing with prescriptions. Constantly head down, avoiding all eye contact in order to avoid any kind of conversation that will detract them from their job in hand. They need to focus on having one staff member constantly ONLY dedicated to shop purchases and their many other staff working on prescriptions. Making them do both makes for very long queues and the desire for an alternative solution. Sadly the coop pharmacy is even worse. The lady who runs that doesn't even say hello or lift her head if you are the only person in the shop....it's bizarre

Store seems to be closed more than its open due to staff sickness or some other excuse. 3 weeks now to try and get the remaining part of my prescription. I don't have the time to keep queuing up for it to find they still haven't got it in or have got it wrong because they can't read the prescription slip properly. Staff are slow and miserable.
