        Absolutely diabolical. The salesperson at Polhill basically misrepresented the information and doesn't really know what he is talking about. Their teams are totally disjointed, and no one takes responsibility for what they have said. Very poor customer service (if you can even call it that), ladies who answer the call with a standard script, and again provide incorrect information. These guys are complete cowboys. Do not waste your money, as they aren't cheap. With what you pay, you can get a better service elsewhere, I'm sure. I now need to spend additional money rectifying all the issues they created. Massively regret going with them.
