I inherited a website and email address when I bought my business. Graham was recommended by the company that re-built my website. He was very patient with me (a complete non techy). He transferred my current system to Microsoft 365, I now feel that I have finally entered the 21st Century! Graham was honest and suggested a less expensive option , saving me money too. Our relationship with Opus has massively helped us during what has been a crazy and important phase of our business. Graham's very affordable hardware recommendations and software solutions enabled us to move into our new premises quickly (despite its limited internet access due to a rural location) and helped us quickly set up new team members on our systems with no issues. Even when there was some difficulty sourcing a laptop due to Intel's chip shortage, Graham kindly allowed us to borrow one of his company's computers.
