From the moment I contacted Kat she put me at ease. The initial consultation was nerve racking for me, but she made me feel really calm and I didnt feel rushed at all. I came away feeling completely informed about the process and methods that will be used. I couldnt think of anyone else I would rather have help me with my hair loss/recovery journey and I will definitely be recommending her to my friends whether it be for hair loss or hair extensions.

Kat Smith is litrally the best hair extention technician I have ever used. not only does she treat you with professonalisum but she also creates an environment that makes you feel relaxed and the process of having hair extensions enjoyable. In the years that I have been using Harvey-Smith Hair Enhancement Clinic, Kat has expanded her business has studied in Trichology. I was fascinated to hear all about it when Kat was doing my hair, however little did I know that 4 months after giving birth to my first son and suffering postpartum hair loss, I would be calling Kat to asked for advice. I will be getting married in August 2020 and had shed a few tears at the thought of having this hair loss showing on the day, until I spoke to Kat and she gave me a full and sensitive consultation of what could be done to ensure this will not happen. I honestly can not recommend Harvey-Smith HEC enough and do not know where I would be if I had not have met Kat.

I wouldn't have my hair managed by anyone else! Kat is super experienced, highly professional and I would not hesitate in recommending her services. A must have in your diary!
