        Just outright rude appalling manners just clear racist people deciding who they give a minimum charge to is a absolute joke need to be closed down and taught a lesson

        Family member went in, was interrogated for checking dates on food when we are only trying to help. Lady was very rude about it and was upset that we didn't want an out of date samosa. Will no longer be shopping here, avoid at all costs

        The customer service here is APPALLING! I have been taking my parcels here for a few weeks as they advertise this service but everytime you go in there you are made to feel like you are a complete inconvenience to their day , they are extremely rude and totally unprofessional! They certainly need to learn some manners , I will never go back there and quite frankly they don't deserve anyone's custom .

        No customer service Borders on rude. Lady told I was only going there as they offered a free parcel service which is correct. Will not use there service again as she was just plain rude.
